RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every product from Apothèque. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at apotheque.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. As we work with international suppliers, we do not require physical returns in most cases — our team will resolve your concern through photo evidence and process a refund or replacement accordingly.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless defective. We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or hazardous materials.
Exchanges To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once approved, place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at apotheque.shop@gmail.com.
