Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs office for details.
